T.N. was feeling obsessed (and stressed) about getting pregnant and needing to know WHEN it would happen.
Motivation for joining FFW
T.N. was hoping to gain the right mindset, her own fertility confidence, and clear her mental hurdles around conceiving naturally. Beyond fertility, she wanted more practice in working on her mindset, changing beliefs, clearing blocks, and continuing her spiritual growth. She was also drawn to Lauren’s deep confidence in her work and Lauren’s confidence in T.N.’s ability to get pregnant.
The FFW Experience
Through working with Lauren, T.N. learned to trust the journey and the process. She deepened her connection with herself, cultivated mindfulness and self-awareness on a whole new level, and learned practices that will serve her for a lifetime, especially as a mother.
The Transformation
T.N. is less stressed and more confident about her ability to get pregnant. She feels less uptight, regimented and strict with herself and her energy, focus, discipline, which has allowed her to bring back some joy, ease, and fun into her life. She feels she has gotten better at hearing her intuition.
