Before joining FFW
Before joining Fertile from Within, Josée was in the midst of a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual overhaul. For the first time in a really long time, she was feeling hopeful about her future and had a new found trust in herself and her ability to process emotions and feel balance in all aspects of her life.
Motivation for joining FFW
Josée was looking to further develop her emotional independence, create healthy habits and become more aligned and connected with her desire to have a child. She wanted to learn more about the obstacles that may have been preventing her from achieving her goals of being a mother. She also wanted to continue to develop a deep connection with her body and mind.
The FFW Experience
Initially, Josee had some resistance to the 6:30 am Monday morning meditations but the program helped her uncover that the resistance was coming from her fear of having to "be" with herself and her pain . By showing up consistently, she was able to work through her resistance and find acceptance and healing for her emotional pain. Throughout the program, Josée was also able to learn more about her patterns in times of stress which provided her with the perfect opportunity for growth.
The Transformation
As a result of Fertile from Witihin, Josée feels so much more in tune with her desire to become a mother. She also feels more attuned to her cycle and body in general. She experienced an increased sense of balance and trust in her body and mind, and feels that she has developed a routine that helps her feel grounded through life's ups and downs. She also feels closer to her husband and more aligned in the vision they have for their family.
